Do we need custom software, or is there a tool for this?

We'll tell you honestly if an existing product solves it. Custom software is the right answer when your process genuinely doesn't fit what's out there, not by default.

How long does it take?

A focused internal tool can take weeks; a full client portal with integrations takes longer. We scope it clearly, with a fixed price per phase, before we start.

Who owns the code?

You do. You get the source code, documentation and admin access, so you're never locked in.

Who maintains it after launch?

We do, on a monthly plan that fits the size of the system. It is never handed off and abandoned.
